Copy, content and editing
I've worked on digital copy (including social media, web copy, eDMs/newsletters, and digital advertising), global campaigns and customer and product communications for a range of clients.
I led the content and marketing strategy for Spoony. I was in charge of the blog where I wrote and edited articles and commissioned writing from writers.
I wrote and edited the eDMs/newsletters that went out to Spoony's 40k audience. The eDMs had an average open rate of 43%. I regularly received positive feedback and emails from the community about how much they enjoyed the eDMS.
I wrote copy for the website, developed and implemented accessibility guidelines, and collaborated with a team on the mission statement.
